Tessa Smith has worked in International education for 25 years. She has experienced many areas in the industry, however her main area has been in Marketing and Management.
She has been a Marketing Manager of a major language centre for 10 years, and a Manager of the same Language School for 6 years.
Jane has worked in International education and educational consultancy for 20 years.
She has been a Director of Studies at a major language centre, a University of Cambridge CELTA tutor, trained as a CELTYL tutor and has trained both new and very experienced teachers within NZ and internationally.
As part of her consultancy role she has assisted organisations with NZQA (New Zealand Qualifications Authority) registrations and accreditations, organisation developments, strategic direction, governance and management, external liaison and development of agreements, course development and applications and professional development of staff.
Polly has been working in the EFL industry for the past 20 years. She has worked in a range of areas and roles including opening language schools and training centres, consultancy, senior staff training and the development of a wide range of practical teacher training courses including TESOL/TECSOL and CLIL. Polly is a Cambridge University main course CELTA/CELTYL tutor and TKT assessor.
Polly writes and designs course curriculum and professional development packages for our teacher training.
